2 Thumbs Up? Iz Nice!

Wow.  Well, we knew there had to be more to Richard Roeper’s decision to leave at the movies with Ebert & Roeper and there is!

On Monday, Roeper announced he will not be returning to the show as he and Disney could not agree on the contract.  Well, Roger Ebert, who has been sidelined from the show since 2006 due to medical problems, is also leaving and take the guest co-hosts with him.

Will Disney change their mind?  Ebert says the two thumbs up is copyrighted by him and will return in some form.-Dr.FB

Update:  Guess Disney is NOT changing their mind: Disney announced that E! critic Ben Lyons and TCM host Ben Mankiewicz have signed on to co-host the new show.
